Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to assist with a variety of banking inquiries. From troubleshooting login issues to explaining account features, you'll be the first point of contact-and the key to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and general account support. * Handle incoming communications via phone, email, chat, and social media using call routing and digital support tools. * Perform account transactions and maintenance activities with accuracy and attention to detail. * Strive for *first contact resolution* by efficiently resolving issues during the initial interaction. * Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate sales associates. * Stay up to date on bank products, services, policies, and procedures. * Escalate complex issues to team members or department leadership when necessary. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
