NOW HIRING FOR EXPERIENCED MEDICARE PROVIDER SERVICES REPS!! **This is fully remote anywhere, but you must be able to work 8a-8pEST Monday-Friday including 1 Saturday a month** Description: * The Associate, Provider Service Representative is responsible for responding to all Department of Health audit calls on a consistent basis. * Acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers. * Responds promptly, accurately, and effectively to all calls in a polite and professional manner. * Responds to all calls timely and have a clear understanding of call avoidance, such as but not limited to short calls, intentional disconnects, inappropriate transfers and inappropriate use of hold button. * Performs data input in a highly accurate and timely manner on all customer contacts. * Simultaneously accesses multiple databases while addressing customer's needs. * Clearly explains all policies and procedures on both incoming and out-going calls. * Develops a comprehensive understanding of all lines of business. Has the technical skills required to be able to perform task efficiently. * Delivers information in a clear and confident manner * Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer. * Anticipated call volume is anywhere between 70-100 per day in an autodialer environment with average call time of 7 minutes. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Must have HS Diploma or GED * Must speak to experience handling 70+ calls and working remotely * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Medicare insurance * Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Dynamic, Facets) * Ability to work independently * Strong Computers skills and ability to talk and document at the same time Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
