This is a remote, seasonal opportunity ideal for individuals with contact center experience who enjoy helping customers navigate complex topics and processes. *Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM* *Saturday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM* *Note: This is an evening and weekend shift.* What You'll Be Doing Shareholder Support & Voting Assistance * Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from shareholders regarding voting procedures and proxy materials. * Educate shareholders on how to vote online, by phone, or by mail. * Clarify ballot items such as board elections, executive compensation, mergers, and governance proposals. * Assist with requests for paper copies of proxy statements and updates to voting records. Proxy Meeting Support * Support the coordination of shareholder meetings (virtual, in-person, or hybrid). * Help with registration, vote tabulation, and post-meeting reporting. * Ensure votes are securely collected and accurately recorded. Administrative & Technical Tasks * Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to manage communications and documentation. * Navigate dual monitors and toggle between systems during live calls. * Read scripts verbatim and take notes while speaking with shareholders. What You Bring * High school diploma or GED. * At least 1 year of contact center experience, including adherence to call metrics and quality standards. * Minimum 6 months of outbound call experience within the last 2 years. * Ability to persuade customers to complete tasks (e.g., casting votes). * Clear, professional speaking voice and strong interpersonal skills. * Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). * Ability to multitask - read, speak, and type simultaneously. Tech Requirements * Must have a physical address (no PO boxes) for equipment delivery. * Must provide your own USB headset and second monitor. * Must be able to hard-wire into your internet if needed. * Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
