*Job Title: Loyalty Services Representative*
*Location: Onsite - 5 Days a Week* *Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST* *Employment Type: Temp to Perm* *Job Summary* As a Loyalty Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support. You'll play a key role in retaining policyholders by showcasing the value of Combined Insurance products and services. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and a strong understanding of our offerings to create a positive customer experience. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide support and information to designated customers including Worksite, Workplace, Individual Policyholders, and other lines of business administered by Combined Insurance. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers considering cancellation, offering solutions and highlighting product benefits. * Collect and process premiums (current and past due). * Support additional domains such as claims intake, billing, policy administration, and agent servicing as needed. * Independently resolve 90% of customer inquiries using available tools and resources. * Accurately collect documents and enter data across multiple systems. * Set clear expectations and provide guidance to policyholders. * Meet or exceed departmental KPIs including quality, handle time, close rate, and more. * Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback to leadership. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Flexibility to work various shifts within the designated timeframe. *Required Skills* * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Collaborative mindset to resolve service or claim-related issues. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of contact center experience. * Experience in customer retention and sales preferred. * Health/Life Insurance license is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
