About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Manager of Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving pipeline and revenue growth. This role will oversee a team responsible for demand generation and events marketing, and will collaborate closely with peers in product marketing and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of demand gen and field marketers responsible for developing and executing programs and campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline for ClearGov across our solutions and target audiences
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and multi-channel execution across email, webinars, events, digital ads, direct marketing, paid and organic social, SEO, our website and ABM strategies
  • Develop strategies for cross-selling and educating existing customers to increase revenue and retention, in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate directly with ClearGov partners on joint marketing programs that drive pipeline and help achieve our GTM objectives
  • Drive awareness and pipeline through national and regional industry events
  • Manage budget planning, allocation; Track and analyze funnel performance across channels and programs; continuously optimize based on conversion and ROI
  • Manage marketing programs calendar; collaborate across the team on launch plans, creative assets, and content
  • Partner with Sales leadership, account executives and and sales development reps to align campaign strategy to pipeline goals, target accounts, and sales motions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with product launches, priority themes and messaging
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture rooted in testing, iteration, and innovation
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • 8+ years of demand generation experiences in B2B or B2G, including at least 2-3 years of management experience
  • Demonstrated success architecting and scaling demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Deep expertise across multiple channels, including field events, digital media, email marketing, webinars, organic and paid social, content marketing, and ABM
  • Proven success partnering tightly with Sales to exceed pipeline and bookings targets
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • A strategic and analytical thinker who can distill complex marketing concepts and performance insights for an executive audience, and the sales team
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing tech stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Passion for mentorship, continuous learning, innovation, and driving measurable outcomes
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves, get stuff done approach to the day-to-day

Compensation:
  • In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $155,000 - $180,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
