Deal Desk & Contract Coordinator

About the Role:

3D Systems is looking for a Deal Desk & Contract Management Coordinator to support our global Sales Operations and Industrial and Healthcare go-to market teams. You will support sales professionals who have a broad portfolio of additive manufacturing printers, materials and services, while overseeing complex solution deals, enhanced processes and manage systematic deals to accelerate deal efficiency, delivery, completeness and accuracy, and improve customer experience. You will be collaborating and engaging with a wide variety of functions and teams within the 3D Systems organization to validate compliance, expert approvals and archiving completeness in alignment with the requirements of the global and publicly traded 3D Systems corporation.

What We Are Looking For:



  • Manages the Deal Desk with the focus on non-standard Pos, Contract review and approval workflow, including:


    • Perform initial review of non-standard contracts/POs
    • Defines contract/PO content based on company's key attributes and DOA to determine approvals and reviews by other Specialist and Teams (i.e. legal, compliance etc.).


  • Coordinates and drives a collaborative functional review to support deal workflow, accelerate deal to revenue process, and deliver accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate complex deals from quoting to purchase order (PO) in partnership with sales and other internal functions i.e. order mgmt., legal, finance, etc.
  • Manage the validation process for all required approvals and reviews for larger deals, implement automation where needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate rental and loaners to ensure proper returns, billing, or sale post rental and loaner periods.
  • Monitor VPA adherence and collaborate with Material Sales to validate contract execution
  • Facilitate integration and expansion of process improvements, additions, enhancements
  • Contribute to business projects that impact Deal Management and execution, introducing new offerings, products, or new functionality
  • Work closely with team members from sales and sales operation on data hygiene, process


Qualifications

What You Will Bring:



  • 5 years' experience in customer support, sales operations environment, or order revenue process working with senior stakeholders globally
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
