Description:

Performs all functions related to the receiving, shipping, and distribution of capital, materials and supplies in the warehouse or storeroom for the hospital. Receives all inbound products for facilities. Ensure that the delivered shipments are inspected, accurate, sorted and stored in the correct designated location. Identifies receipt discrepancies and notifies the appropriate leadership for resolution. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Associate's Degree Preferred

Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of shipping, receiving, and supply chain concepts.

License/certification:

Projects a positive attitude, demonstrated teamwork competencies, and a strong work ethic. Capacity to think quickly and resolve issues. Able to maintain proper min/max levels for the storeroom. Ability to adapt to unexpected supply chain events. Ability to read and analyze packing lists. Effective written and verbal communication and knowledge of Microsoft office.
