Your focus will cover various project cost categories, including material, project management labor, installation labor, fabrication labor, CAD/design labor, and subcontractor labor, reviewing approximately $120M of project costs per year. How You will do it The SME will primarily collaborate with sales, the pre-bid Global Center of Excellence, and customers to ascertain project requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate with other company functions (design, construction, project management, etc.) to help refine cost estimates. A key expectation for the SME is to perform pre-bid reviews that assist sales in securing pricing to eliminate potential project erosion after the award. With SME review, a minimum 20% reduction in erosion is anticipated. We seek a candidate with strategic thought leadership, process analysis, and solution architecture design skills.
