You'll work on end-to-end product experiences - from concept to high-fidelity UI to AI Prototypes - collaborating with experienced design leads, product managers, and engineers. What you'll do Design end-to-end product experiences - from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI - for web and mobile. Be well-versed in basic usability heuristics, design thinking, and design aesthetics -and apply those methods iteratively while working within loose process guidelines. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other Designers in a highly iterative, agile workflow. Own both UX flows and high-fidelity visual design (this is not a researcher or wireframer role). Present work clearly and confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadership. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, solving problems with creativity, pragmatism and grace. Use Figma to produce designs, prototypes, and component-based layouts. What you'll bring: 2-5 years of product design experience, ideally with complex, enterprise SaaS products Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple products. Proficiency in Figma (must-have) and familiarity with Jira. Understanding of basic agile principles and workflows. Strong presentation skills - articulate, friendly, and confident in front of a room. Ability to self-start, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once. Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus. Collaborative mindset and no-ego approach to teamwork. Bonus Points Experience using generative AI for design research, persona creation, or prompt construction. Hands-on with Figma Make, v0, or Bolt for prototyping. Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design. Familiarity with the Critical Event Management or Emergency Management domain. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $94,500 - $126,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
