Staffmark is hiring a Class B CDL Residential Driver for a direct hire opportunity in Mansfield, OH. If you're looking to stay local, work a steady first shift, and play a key role in keeping your community clean, this is the job for you. This hands-on driving role includes residential waste and recycling collection-perfect for dependable drivers who don't mind a little physical work along the route.

Hours & Pay Details



  • Pay: $22 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours
  • Schedule: First shift, home daily
  • Start Time: Between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM
  • Guaranteed: Minimum 40 hours/week



What You'll Be Doing



  • Operate various trucks to collect and haul residential waste or recycling materials
  • Follow assigned local routes with precision and safety
  • Load and unload materials (touch freight)
  • Navigate through tight, residential areas in all weather conditions
  • Provide reliable, courteous service to your community



Driver Requirements



  • Valid Class B CDL
  • 1 year of recent experience within the last 3 years
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Clear MVR
  • Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • Able to pass pre-employment screenings
