We have 7 full-time positions, 35 hours per week positions that pay $13.75 per hour. This is a Seasonal position that last from 09/26/2025 to 12/22/2025.

Essential Functions



  • Responsible for conducting intake interviews for Christmas assistance and accurately entering information from Christmas applications into the client database.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Utilize and work with volunteers to assist with the application process.
  • Complete ALL information required accurately, including I.D. request and income for each household.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and report daily on the number of households enrolled.
  • Able to drive between different intake locations on an as needed basis.
  • Work on warehouse floor when not conducting intake. This may include helping Angel Tree Coordinator as needed, helping volunteers, replenishing, and organizing hospitality area, sorting toys, etc.
  • Notify the supervisor about any problems or discrepancies on applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Safe From Harm guidelines.
  • Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. This includes, but is not limited to, such actions as: resolution of conflicts in a professional manner; courteous treatment of staff, visitors, and clients; respect of others' property and person; and professional and appropriate communication to and about clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent. High level of accuracy and attention to details required. Good data entry, organization, interpersonal and filing skills. Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed or fifty-five words per minute. Must be flexible in attitude and nature. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and pass the TSA MVR check. Must be available to work weekdays during office hours with some evenings and Saturdays as needed. Must maintain client confidentiality.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Must be capable of performing the above essential duties in an office environment to include using a computer, answering phones, etc. Most work will be indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. Work requires frequent use of computer terminal and other office equipment. Requires long periods of sitting, and close visual examination of computer products. There may be some standing, bending, carrying of light items such as papers, books and small packages. Position may occasionally be expected to help set up rooms for meetings and special events.
