We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: Libertyville Department: Finance Summary: This position will provide global financial leadership, act as a business partner, and be accountable for Global Operations AOP commitments, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities include driving solutions that align with company objectives to support long-term earnings growth. This position involves working directly with all levels of staff, from VPs to analysts, making communication an essential skill. This role is responsible for strengthening internal processes and continuing to advance finance operations with new technologies as well as developing, mentoring, and promoting staff members. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities: Annual Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast Review Management
- Manage the monthly Rolling Forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for Global Operations
- Lead the forecasting, variance analysis, and consolidation process in partnership with the manufacturing plants and distribution centers
- Partner with Senior Leadership, Plants, Global Engineering, Cost Savings team to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met, improve reporting metrics, and other process improvements for AOP and Rolling Forecasting
- Lead the Global Operations SG&A AOP process and presentations to Senior Leadership
- Work closely with Commercial and Corporate FP&A to ensure alignment on reporting and implementation of new processes or technologies (i.e. Workday Adaptive, BPC, etc).
- Lead Annual Intercompany Raw Material and Work in Process standard cost setting process
Monthly Reporting and Analysis
- Manage inventory reporting process, calculation, and analysis of inventory days on hand
- Lead development and consolidation of Monthly Management Review (MMR) and Operating Committee reporting
- Provide insights and analysis for monthly Headcount, SG&A, and special project tracking (i.e. FFG, Sapphire, etc,)
- Ensure alignment of SAP, BPC, and Plant Financials with Corporate FP&A
- Manage the Profit in Inventory, LIFO, FIFO and Global Standards Revaluation analysis processes
- Provide leadership and accountability for Global Operations internal/external audits
- Quarterly and yearly royalties reporting
Process Control and Technology
- Drive efficiencies through process improvement and control structure
- Develop, execute, and direct processes to support decision making and analysis
- Keep Operations connected with new technology to ensure we are taking advantage of the best systems available to us
Other
- Drive special initiatives of reducing manufacturing and supply chain costs
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership in building Board of Director presentations
- Work closely with Corporate FP&A on timelines and deliverables
- Recruit, supervise, and develop staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 8-10 years of broad-based accounting experience within an international, multi-organizational company.
- 2-3 years in supervisory role

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
