Salesforce Solutions Architect - National

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of ConnectiveRx is currently hiring for anSalesforce Solutions Architect rolefor a temporary assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Description

* Engage with Product and Client Facing Solution Architects early in the process to understand business needs and shape strategic solutions on large, key initiatives for the company
* Understand our historical and current solutions and products as well as our product and technology roadmap to suggest solutions that maximize efficiency, cost, and quality for our clients and for the company
* Provide high level technical solutions within the Salesforce domain that underpin these solutions, leveraging our product management team and technical subject matter experts
* Own and deliver high level estimates for technical solutions; drive pricing and project timelines and ensure consistent and accurate knowledge transfer to the teams that implement these solutions
* Identify trends and opportunities within our pipeline and work with sales, product, technology, and business to feed these insights back into our strategy and business development approach

Knowledge (concepts of the discipline)
* Abstract technical problem solving * Sufficient depth with web applications, PaaS, cloud, database, EDW, and similar technical systems

Skills (level of measurable proficiencies)
* Deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud including Flows, Einstein * Exposure to MuleSoft and Agentforce capabilities
* Exposure to object-oriented programming languages, databases, and multi-tier application development

Education/Degree Requirements/Certifications (if applicable)
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
Experience (number of years) for people management jobs, indicate years required managing people

* 10+ years relevant IT experience
* 5+ as a Salesforce architect or Salesforce Lead Role
