Service Manager, St. George

As the Service Manager for Komatsu West in St. George, you will play a critical leadership role in directing the service department to achieve optimal profitability while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. • Preferably, possess an Associate Degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent.
• Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in a technician or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Demonstrate basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical skills, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Exhibit strong language skills: able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Have mathematical skills sufficient to compute basic math, ratios, and percentages related to service operations.
• Proven ability to analyze situations, manage multiple variables, and handle standardized problems effectively.
• Possess computer proficiency, familiar with database software, Internet applications, manufacturing software, and order processing systems.
• Employ analytical skills and intuition to assess data, applying experience to enhance service outcomes.
