We have a position available in the Indianapolis area for an Entry Level Network Technician. Looking for an individual who is looking to evolve their career and grow in to a network engineer. The candidate should be passionate about learning I.T. networking and network security, who is also customer service oriented and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. *Skills* Router, Firewall, Cisco, Fortinet *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong customer service skills required Experience with a Service Desk ticketing system or CRM a plus Experience with documenting / notes required Strong verbal and writing communication skills required Strong organizational skills required Ability to multitask Ability to be self-directed Ability to adapt to change Responsibilities Monitors and Responds to inbound service requests through Service Desk Ticketing system Remotely Installing and scheduling firmware update Remotely applying licensing related to security products Respond to gateway & security alerts Obtain technical certifications from IT vendors Be the intermediary between customers & the escalations team Maintain a M-F first shift position *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
