Order to Cash, SAP, Oracle, Technical, Customer data, Inventory, order management, shipping, billing, accounts receivable *Description* The Order-to-Cash Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting and improving the SAP end to end revenue cycle platform at Morton Salt, specifically within the Order-to-Cash domain. This includes configuration and end-to-end process support for customer master data, order management, inventory, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable. Job Summary This role involves close collaboration with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications. The position also functions as a "player-coach" - helping to establish architectural best practices, reviewing technical deliverables, and continually developing new skills in support of a high-performing team. Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for: *Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting enterprise applications related to the Order-to-Cash process. *Ensure that OTC solutions support business needs in areas like order processing, shipping, billing, and cash collection. *Collaborating with business users to document current processes and recommend improvements. *Supporting day-to-day operations in SAP ECC 6.0 while contributing to future ERP transformation efforts. *Establish and enforce SAP architecture standards, policies, and best practices. *Providing functional expertise in areas such as order management, pricing, rebates, and master data. *Designing and supporting integrations with external systems and platforms. *Delivering end-user training and promoting best practices. *Supporting cross-functional processes across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing domains. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities *5+ years of experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes within an ERP system. *Prior work experience in the transportation management or retail management industry. *Experience architecting the functional design, system configuration, and solution delivery of an ERP system. *Experience in a client-facing role. *Proven experience leading and coordinating projects with effective planning and execution. *Solid understanding of master data and its impact across integrated systems. *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field. *Willingness to travel up to 25%, with additional travel possible based on project needs. *Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is preferred. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This person must have proven experience with OTC and strong technical skills; they will also be leading others at some point. They prefer someone who is coming from a fulltime role rather than consulting; they'd like them to have full end to end experience supporting an implementation. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $165000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
