Job Purpose As Executive Assistant to the Division President, the candidate will provide high level administrative support and manage the day-to-day activities as requested, some being of a highly confidential nature (Financials, strategies, compensation, etc.), while also providing support for the Division's leadership team. Nature of duties / responsibilities - Handling highly confidential and complex assignments requiring exposure to sensitive information and contacts. - Managing the executive's business schedule by prioritizing appointments and scheduling meetings based on business needs and managing executives' calendar and appointments as needed. - Managing projects and tasks on behalf of executive, communicating and delegating requests to executive's staff, screening and prioritizing business requests - Managing communications including emails, phone calls, etc on behalf of the executive which may include drafting documents and assisting with preparing presentations and collecting data. - Managing and planning travel arrangements, domestic and international, including flights, accommodations, and transportation - Managing expense reports for the Division's Leadership team - Assisting Division communications and redirecting inquiries and problems to staff members for response and resolution as necessary - Serve as liaison for business approvals for Division Leadership team. - Provide support to Division Leadership team as directed. Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting an executive, department or team; experience in corporate or office settings. * Must be able to keep all work confidential and handle sensitive information, communications, and data. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of handling internal and external communications throughout various levels of organizations, providing strong customer service; ability to interface with all levels of management, customers, and employees. * Strong computer skills, proficient with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) * Experience in scheduling and coordinating travel, both domestic and international. * Effective time management, prioritization, and project management skills are essential. * Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, and adapt to constantly changing priorities. * Successful candidate must have a positive attitude, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. * Must have good writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail required. This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident. Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range (annual) : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program. |
