  • Make an Impact! The Director of the Employee Experience Center will lead a multi-tiered approach for delivering HR Shared services consistently across Main Line Health (MLH). This position is integral to our ability to deliver efficient services for our employees while ensuring high quality and user satisfaction. Responsible for process improvements, workflow efficiency, monitoring of transactional processing for compliance and accuracy, handling projects, and escalated employee concerns resulting in a high-level of support.
    • This role will lead the HR Experience team responsible for full life-cycle employee processing and HR compliance through the use and optimization of PeopleSoft and other HR systems. The role will partner with key HR Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders and business stakeholders to develop and optimize standard operating procedures and adherence to service level agreements (SLA). Ensure that changing HR service needs are addressed in the most responsive and efficient manner possible with a focus on providing exceptional service to the organization. This role will focus on efficiency, excellent customer service, continuous improvement and execution of service level agreements and practices that support MLHs direction and vision.

Position: Director, Employee Experience Center
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Experience:
5 to 7+ years of progressive responsibility leading HR Shared Services delivery across an organization

Education:
1. Bachelors degree in HR, data science, communications or related field
2. Advanced degree preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred; Black Belt to be obtained within 18 months of hire
2. All certifications must be actively maintained.
