Research, Economic and Community Development Job Description
Sponsored Programs Specialist performs work critical to the administration of contracts and grants from federal, state, local government, non-profit, and foundation sponsors. This position supports Sponsored Programs team members with standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives of the department, while maintaining knowledge of University and sponsor policies, procedures, and regulations; and providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders. Attention to detail is critical. Key Responsibilities:

40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of excel and Peoplesoft. Experience working in higher education; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Anticipated Hiring Range
