Warranty Supervisor

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Warranty Supervisor. The Warranty Supervisor is to provide training and guidance to the Corporate Warranty Department and branch service facilities to ensure accurate and consistent claim processing. Oversee the daily operations of the Corporate Warranty Department to achieve the department quality targets.

• Supervises the daily activities of the Warranty Analysts to make sure all tasks are completed.
• Provides training and direction to Warranty Analysts on proper claim handling procedures.
• Monitors and provides assistance when necessary to resolve open and past due claims.
• Monitors claim status of Fleet and outside customer warranty to ensure timely reimbursement and updates on aging claims.
• Processes warranty labor rate increase requests for all MHC branch service facilities.
• Ensures proper communication between branches and the Corporate Warranty Department.
• Supports and helps foster an environment of continuous process improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform annual employee performance evaluations.

• Strong knowledge of the heavy-duty truck vendor warranty process.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck warranty processing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be very organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and great multi-tasking ability.
