Our Sales Enablement Marketing Manager is an integral part of our team! How can you make an impact? As a Marketing Manager, you will lead sales enablement initiatives for the global B2B marketing team across North America and International regions. Drive sales efficiency and effectiveness through strategic sales enablement programs, tools, and content for MHP digital products. Act as the key link between product marketing, field marketing, and regional sales teams. Ensure alignment of messaging, resources, and strategies with key business objectives, customer journeys, and persona needs. Collaborate with sales stakeholders to define priorities and communicate enablement strategies and KPIs. Champion and lead the use and leveraging of our Sales Enablement platform, Athena (Seismic) making sure regular reporting informs of effective use by the sales and marketing teams. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 11/1/2026. The pay range for this position is between $66,000-$75,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
