About the Role

We're looking for a senior product leader to define and drive the product strategy that powers the next chapter of our digital transformation. As SVP of Product Management, you'll lead a team of senior product managers across multiple domains-from programmatic demand and platform integrations to media planning, measurement, and data systems. You'll partner closely with engineering, sales, finance, and operations to build the infrastructure and tools that enable scalable, modern monetization across our media portfolio.

This is a highly visible role with significant impact. You will serve as both a strategic architect and team coach, helping shape how product management operates and grows at OUTFRONT.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap across a portfolio that includes Demand, Measurement, Planning Tools, and Platform Integration
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of senior product managers; establish clear career paths and role definitions
  • Align product strategy to revenue goals, partnering cross-functionally with SVP Engineering, Sales, Real Estate, Ops, and Finance
  • Improve how product decisions are made, documented, and communicated across the organization
  • Bring a modern product mindset to legacy system transformation efforts (CMS, OMS, CRM, Ad Server)
  • Partner with the CTO to introduce AI and automation where they can improve workflow efficiency or monetization

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above)
  • Proven ability to lead product orgs through scale, change, or transformation
  • Direct experience working with media sales organizations and leading product for lead-to-cash workflows (including inventory, pricing, contracting, delivery, billing, reporting)
  • Advertising technology experience required-especially in SSP, DSP, programmatic, or DOOH environments
  • Experience managing senior PMs across multiple product domains
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to navigate competing priorities across GTM, ops, and tech
  • Exceptional communicator and structured thinker with strong business acumen

Bonus Points

  • Experience with platform modernization projects (CMS, OMS, ad servers, CRMs)
  • Knowledge of identity, measurement, audience segmentation, or clean rooms
  • Familiarity with AI/agentic automation and how it applies to product workflows

The salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 per year.This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
