We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist (SDS) to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for any market gaps or special projects as needed within the Sacramento/Grass Valley/Auburn area. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships and participate in the addition of new customers and independent retailer contracts. You'll also mentor new Customer Sales Representatives on techniques to upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays. Your primary role is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner to The Yerba Mate Co, LLC's executional standards. You will report to the Area Sales Leader and will traveling between cities. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 5 days a week, but your days worked may be subject to change due to business needs to include weekends. How you'll help:
