Responsibilities

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year plus a bonus. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the level of career at which the position is filled.

We are currently seeking a Platform Products Manager that is accountable for day-to-day performance of key customer service and/or sales platform(s) and execution of the relevant platform product strategy. This role will define and deliver platform features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Platform Product Roadmap Management

    Produces prioritized platform product roadmaps based on business and customer needs and feedback.
  • Develops and presents businesses cases in support of the prioritized roadmap.

Project Management

  • Leads collaborative, cross-functional project teams in execution of platform product initiatives, including:
    • Driving projects and features through enterprise project intake process, governance reviews, risk assessments, and approval processes
    • Sizing, documentation, and compliance/regulatory alignment around product/feature requirements
    • Documentation of approvals of key project decisions and logged changes
    • Engaging with appropriate vendors, including review and approvals of statements of work and change orders
    • Documenting of project acceptance criteria and evidence submission
    • Prioritizing product features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven decision making.
    • Serves as a liaison between technology teams, vendors, operations and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong digital platform product management experience - preferably within the retail banking space, with experience in managing privacy, regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Proven ability to assess, validate, products, services, and solutions, including an understanding of the QA process.
  • Experience selecting, engaging, and managing technology vendors and third-party partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Strong critical thinking skills that result in effective decisions supported by rigorous analysis
