Business Banker

As a Business Banker you will actively engage in inquiring conversations with consumer and business customers providing financial care through thoughtful recommendations of products and services.

As a Business Banker you will work closely with team members to serve as a resource for other front-line staff regarding consumer and business accounts and integrate opportunities to improve our customer's financial well-being. You will work with business customers to open and maintenance accounts, assist with credit requests, and help with questions and support via phone.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in conversation with consumer and business customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Open and maintenance consumer and business banking accounts
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of credit rules and principles, including being able to develop effective loan presentations
• Follow up with customers, as appropriate, to be sure their needs are met and their experience is exemplary
• Engage CSC and branch staff to ensure an outstanding, seamless experience for the customers
• Collaborate with business line advisors to provide customers the best options that serve their particular needs
• Ensure the safety and soundness of our organization by following policies and procedures

Education and Experience requirements:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
• 2 years' experience in banking, financial services, or accounting
• Lending experience preferred

Schedule: This is a full-time position working 40 hours/week. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Pay:$38.09/hour
