The manager is responsible for overseeing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and integrated HR systems. This role serves as the key liaison between HR, Finance and IT, ensuring system functionality aligns with organizational goals. The manager leads HR Systems analysts and collaborates cross-functionally to improve user experience, support process automation, and drive integrity across all HR Systems. This role contributes insights and data needed to achieve both short-term and long-term goals. How will you make an impact?Workday Support: * Manage Workday configuration and implementation projects from start to finish. * Addresses configuration, maintenance, report building, auditing, researching, and resolving data issues as they arise. * Build and maintain key integrations with HR vendors. * Assist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday configuration through hands-on training to cross-functional teams. * Develop and deliver training materials for HRIS users, ensuring HR team members and employees understand how to effectively use the system. * Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and recommendations in Workday for various teams, stakeholders and end-users across the organization. * Oversee Workday Release Management including the planning, communication and validation of new software upgrades and releases. Team and Project Management: * Prioritize HR Systems work, delegating work and providing project management support and technical guidance to team members. * Lead the team in module implementations and upgrades where applicable. * Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to document technical design requirements and make recommendations on project design, implementation and timeline. * Provide guidance on professional development and competency achievement to team members. * Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to HRIS, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives. * Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HRIS initiatives. * Report on project progress to senior leadership, ensuring any issues or risks are promptly addressed. Data, Reporting & Analytics: * Ensure HRIS data integrity by developing and enforcing data governance standards and procedures. * Ensure HRIS compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational data protection requirements. * Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, performance), providing valuable insights to HR leadership and other departments * Analyze data and trends to support decision-making and provide recommendations to HR leadership * Perform regular data audits and implement processes for data verification and correction. Support Operational & Process Efficiency: * Develop and implement best practices for HR transformation using industry leading HR technologies to deliver effective business functions and capabilities. * Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to understand organizational needs and provide Workday solutions. * Contribute and provide leadership to an organization-wide Workday roadmap. * Ensure that internal HRIS procedures are maintained and adhered to. * Work collaboratively to ensure technology needs are met across cultures such as finance, human resources, and information technology. * Stay on top of Workday trends and provide short- to mid-range roadmap recommendations to the HR Leadership Team. * Oversee exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design and advanced configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday. * Continuously gather user feedback and develop solutions to problems. * Facilitate user feedback and continuously improve the user experience of HR systems. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent experience * 8 - 10 years of related work experience * 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience * Subject matter expertise in configuring most of the following Workday modules: HCM, ATS, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, LMS, Absence, and Reporting. Preferred Experience: * Direct or Indirect experience in Workday Finance, Payroll, and/or Procurement Certifications: * Workday PRO Certification preferred Remote Work Eligibility This position is eligible for remote work in the contiguous USCompensation Grade Range $137,445.00-$161,700.00Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors may include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations. If a bachelor's degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
