What You'll Do
  • Rapidly gather requirements, design and modify detailed harness schematics to integrate a variety of electromechanical components and control units
  • Harness component selection and validation for prototype applications
  • Document build instructions for complex Industrial wire harnesses
  • Troubleshoot and quality check harnesses in the fabrication, assembly and bring up stages of pre and post production builds
  • Support the bring up and debug process of industrial equipment throughout its lifecycle

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Wiring Harness design
  • Hands-on experience designing and building electro-mechanical systems and harnesses
  • Solid engineering fundamentals: DC/AC circuit analysis, analog and digital signal processing, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), LV / HV systems
  • Understand vehicle-level systems engineering including communications, functionality trade-offs, grounding, creepage and clearance, EMC strategies
  • Expertise with 3D CAD and PLM software (CATIA preferred)
  • Proven expertise with 2D drawing creation software
  • Familiarity with, and working knowledge of, mechanical systems: thermal, heat dissipation, vibration, strength, durability, corrosion-prevention

    Expected Compensation
    $100,160 - $323,280/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
