What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for all your and your team's products to ensure the very best quality, cost, delivery, and service
- Analyze market dynamics to ensure supply continuity, adapting strategies to address current and emerging risks
- Partner with product teams during concept development to define technical, financial, and sustainability requirements for components and materials
- Drive end-to-end ownership of procurement workflows, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, performance tracking, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to refine product specifications and onboard suppliers
- Identify and qualify new sources of supply to support plant expansions, product launches, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver cost-reduction targets through data-driven analysis and innovative sourcing practices
What You'll Bring
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in procurement/supply chain management, with5+ years in electronics sourcingand4+ years leading teams
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence product design through early-stage cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated expertise inend-to-end product lifecycle ownership, including supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and sustainable scaling
- Experience driving change management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven success in leading teams and implementing procurement frameworks that align with business objectives
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with supplier scorecards, contract law, and compliance standards

Expected Compensation
$84,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
