DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To modify and fabricate components using machining tools to deliver manufacturing production demands



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Maintain standard 5S expectations

*Fabricate and modify parts based on print specifications, drawings, or verbal instruction

*Work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to support production and customer delivery goals

*Assist with creating custom parts as needed

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations and company and departmental goals and objectives

*Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary



REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Read and comprehend prints and drawings

*Machine to close tolerances as specified by drawings, prints, or verbal instructions

*Use precision measuring devices which includes micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

*Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have:

*Good verbal and written communication skills

*A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*No experience required



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)



PREFERRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED

*Technical School Training Certification



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
