Qlarant is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. This position is pivotal in driving the strategic staffing efforts of the organization.


Job Summary: Leads and oversees the recruitment process for the organization. Ensures the efficient identification, attraction, and selection of top talent across all business functions. Develops strategies to improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and meet the organization's hiring goals. Works closely with hiring managers to understand the workforce needs and align the recruitment strategy with the company's business objectives. Develops and executes programs that drive employee engagement and retention from a recruitment perspective.


Essential Responsibilities:


Coordinates and oversees the recruitment efforts for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.


Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives and workforce needs, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.


Advises hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment best practices, compensation trends, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.


Manages recruitment campaigns and job postings across various platforms, ensuring effective use of job boards, social media, and networking channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.


Evaluates performance of the talent acquisition function, providing ongoing coaching and training to the organization to improve the overall recruitment process.


Implements metrics and reporting systems to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.


Collaborates with HR and business leaders to develop employer branding strategies and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Ensures compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and best practices throughout the recruitment process, maintaining confidentiality and confidentiality of candidate data.


Conducts outreach to underrepresented communities to promote diversity in the applicant pool. Attends recruiting events and conducts campus recruiting, as needed.


Manages external vendor relationships and leverages for agreed upon services.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert in applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in hiring
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for recruitment events and networking
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with experience in non-profit and/or government consulting industries a plus
  • A four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and external partners
  • Experience in implementing innovative recruiting strategies and processes
  • History of participation in professional networks and job fairs to source candidates
