Application Deadline August 29, 2025 Department Digital Organization Employment Type Contract / Temp Location Remote North America Workplace type Fully remote Compensation $70.00 - $100.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Core Requirements: Captiva Platform Mastery: 3+ years architecting and deploying OpenText Captiva/Intelligent Capture solutions in mission-critical environments D2 Integration: Proven experience integrating Captiva with OpenText D2 workflows and forms, including seamless handoffs and metadata mapping Advanced Recognition: OCR/ICR implementation, template design, and recognition optimization for complex document processing scenarios Intelligent Export Engine (IEE): Expert-level configuration of export processes, data transformation, and seamless system integrations ScanPlus: High-volume scanning operations and batch processing for enterprise-scale deployments C#.NET Development: Enterprise-level expertise developing custom Captiva modules, integrations, and workflow extensions that deliver measurable business value Technical Competencies: Enterprise deployments processing 1000+ documents daily with high uptime requirements ECM ecosystem integration (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum D2, FileNet) and content lifecycle management Database integration (SQL Server, Oracle) with complex metadata and routing logic Workflow design and exception handling for business-critical processes Performance tuning and optimization of production systems What You'll Do: Design and configure sophisticated capture workflows, recognition templates, and export rules Perform test-driven development and develop technical documentation Troubleshoot complex processing challenges and optimize system performance Mentor client IT teams and transfer knowledge for long-term success Support high-stakes go-live activities and post-implementation optimization Must-Have Qualifications Ideal Candidate: Canadian, US citizen, or Visa holder with right to work in USA.
