Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team on a temporary basis. This role will support various marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, regulatory communications, and process clean-up efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated industries and be comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with mail house cleanup related to onboarding and recurring communications. * Support updates to marketing materials following a descriptor/name change. * Collaborate with designers to update web banners and repurpose promotional materials. * Contribute to email campaign development, including building and QA of email sends. * Help with policy and procedure documentation cleanup, transitioning content into OneNote. * Provide support for regulatory mailings, such as annual privacy policy notices. * Assist with branch campaign collateral and other lower-effort marketing tasks. * Manage queue items and ongoing marketing projects with attention to deadlines and quality. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of direct marketing experience, with a focus on project management. * Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution. * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. * Experience in a regulated industry (preferred but not required). * Familiarity with mail house operations and marketing automation. * Proficient in tools such as: * Canva * Photoshop * Excel * Looker Studio * Dynamics * Marketo Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
