Looking for a seasoned AV Support Technician to join their team in supporting a new executive office in New York City. This role is critical in delivering white glove AV and collaboration support to Managing Directors and C-level executives. They will be the go-to expert for all AV and VTC needs, ensuring seamless operations in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide hotline support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Program and troubleshoot Cisco AV systems (Room Kits, Codec Pro, external displays, Shure mics, etc.) Test, deploy, and maintain all VTC assets Support and host large-scale events and town halls in our Learning Center Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service needs Deliver white glove support to executives, ensuring discretion and professionalism Create and maintain daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports Document technical procedures and maintain system records Respond promptly to end-user service requests Ideal Candidate Profile: Seasoned professional with at least 5 years of executive support experience Able to support everyone from janitors to C-level executives Comfortable being "invisible" in high-level meetings - discreet and efficient Self-sufficient and trustworthy - will often work independently Preferably has experience in financial services or large corporate environments Understands corporate culture and can adapt to high-pressure environments POSTING IN BEELINE: Job Overview: This role involves an Audio Visual Technology experience, we White Glove support the MD's and Executives. Responsibilities: * Hotline support (phone/email etc.) * Create and provide daily/weekly/ad hoc reports * Programing and troubleshooting all display unites, including those not installed in house by AV * Test, deploy and maintain operability of all associated VTC assets * Respond to end-user service requests * Host large event/Town Halls in our Learning Center * Vendor management * White glove/Customer service support What are we looking for? Requirements: * 4+ years of relevant Audio Video experience. * 4+ years of WebEx experience * 4+ years of providing White glove/Customer service support Core Competencies: * Ability to conduct trainings/public speaking. * Demonstrated experience managing and supporting various collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams. * Identifying issues, repairing and replacing equipment as needed. * Ability to work under pressure, meet internal deadlines and show effective time in crisis management skills. * Overall knowledge of Video Teleconferencing * Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting * Ability to work OT, as needed Preferences: * Vendor management experience * Bachelor's degree * Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Certification *Skills* AV, Collaboration Tools, Reporting & Technical Documentation, Customer Support, Troubleshooting, crisis management, Financial Services, Communication *Top Skills Details* AV,Collaboration Tools,Reporting & Technical Documentation *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - 4+ years in Customer Support * Being able to provide executive support for managing directors and senior leadership * So someone that has strong communication skills and good professionalism Communication, Collaboration, and Crisis Management Skills * Ability to collaborate effectively, conduct trainings/public speaking, and respond to service requests. * Must be comfortable working under pressure, managing deadlines, and handling crisis situations Financial Services -Prefer someone coming from a similar company to LPL. At least need someone with a background in a Fortune 500 *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
