We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support and maintain both on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and performance of existing systems while contributing to ongoing cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft Azure technologies and have a strong background in systems engineering and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities * Maintain and support on-prem and cloud server environments * Collaborate with IT Security, Software Development, and Infrastructure teams * Participate in technical architecture planning and implementation * Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members * Research and develop tools, products, and processes for infrastructure improvements * Ensure secure delivery and upkeep of business initiatives * Support project planning and execution * Handle confidential data with discretion * Train others in the use of systems and tools Required Skills * Microsoft Azure and Microsoft M365 cloud technologies * Server and cloud virtualization * Public, private, and hybrid cloud environments * Windows server and workstation operating systems * DevOps practices Preferred Skills * ITIL or similar methodologies * Agile environment experience * Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) * CI/CD pipeline development and management * Enterprise-level system and hardware design Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field * Minimum 3 years of IT systems engineering and/or cloud experience * Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Commitment to confidentiality and detail-oriented work * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
