Position Summary

The Kronos Application Administrator acts as the principle contact responsible for ensuring the full suite of Kronos Workforce applications (e.g. Labor Analytics, Payroll, Scheduler Timekeeper, Productivity and Extensions) reflect MultiCare Health System's business rules and are continually functioning at peak optimization. Duties include design, configuration, modification, enhancement, support, project leadership, training, documentation development and contract review. The Administrator proactively creates reports, analyzes data and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. The Administrator also assists with the administration and support of Finance application systems including Lawson and other software interface products to prepare income tax and pay related documents.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree of Arts or Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of Kronos experience required- specifically Workforce Timekeeper configuration , upgrade testing and implementation
  • Minimum five (5) years experience working in a payroll department for a large complex organization holding progressively more responsible positions
  • Direct experience leading a project implementation involving HRIS and/or Payroll systems required
  • Healthcare experience or union shop experience highly desired

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $103,584.00 - $143,062.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
