The Assoc Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization by managing sales tools, producing reports, and providing data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and performance. This role owns and optimizes key systems including NICE CXone, Calendly, Skedulo, and Salesforce, and collaborates across teams to improve operational processes, enable informed decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the sales product systems owner for NICE CXone, Calendly and Skedulo.

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support leadership and ad hoc business needs.

  • Support transparency and data accessibility through structured reporting and presentations.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of system integrations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Implement business changes and system enhancements to support evolving sales needs.

  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve system-related problems.

  • Train team members on tool usage and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure process alignment.

  • Maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and contract guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field, additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, reporting, or data analytics.

  • Proficiency with NICE CXone.

  • Experience using and managing tools like Calendly, Skedulo, and Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to interpret and visualize data to generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and other dashboard tools.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies or automation tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position is $56,606 - $79,794 USD.
