MyMedGas Report Writer Role
As the MyMedGas Report Writer, assist the Data and Technical Manager and USA in using the MMG platform. Integrate FS medical reports and hygiene assessments into MMG. Collaborate with the local team to compile service reports and gather field insights for system enhancements. Your supervisor is the Data & Technical Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and update service reports for stakeholders and clients.
- Support the report manager in onboarding materials.
- Assist with new user accounts on MMG.
- Collaborate with the SAP team to evaluate MMG functionality.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the MMG system.
- Promote MMG adoption among users.
- Manage user and product data.
- Collect user feedback for enhancements and collaborate on improvements.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Education


- The successful candidate should have a high school diploma. Prefer to have a 2+ year degree


Experience


- Excellent written and oral communication skills


- Experience in the field of medical gas with annual, verification, and testing report writing


- Experience in dealing with service operations and service sales teams


- Proficiency with excel and able to work with digital databases and information system technologies


Skills


- Thorough understanding of medical gas codes and NFPA standards


- Basic knowledge of report writing to support annual, verification, environmental testing business


- Complete knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook


- Self-sufficient and result-oriented


- Strong interpersonal skills


- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; must have an eye for attention to detail


- Excellent presentation skills


- Previous experience with SQL, Power BI, SAP, and SmartLink would be a plus


- Experience with software API's and integrations would be a plus



Travel


- Travel may be required from time to time


- Driver's license required
