Join Our Team as Director of Marketing Operations Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the planning, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns that convey our brand purpose as "The People In Your Corner. If you're an experienced marketing leader who thrives on driving high-quality output, empowering creative teams, and delivering results - we want to meet you! This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL. About the Role As the Director of Marketing Operations, you'll oversee a team of talented professionals, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure operational excellence in every stage of the marketing process. This role is a balance of strategy, creativity, and execution-critical to bringing CCU's vision to life in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities

Compensation The salary range for this role is $89,929 - $143,891 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan following six months of employment and 1,000 hours of service and reaching age 20.
