The Mid-Level Data Services Analyst ensures efficient data integration and access, supporting enterprise-wide applications and analytics. The team focuses on optimizing data delivery systems to improve organizational decision-making.

The Mid-Level Data Services Analyst designs and implements data services, APIs, and integration workflows to support business and technical needs. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient data systems.

Competencies:

Functional:

  • Design, implement, and manage ETL/ELT processes for data integration.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for accessing and sharing data across platforms.
  • Monitor data service performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement and enforce data governance and quality standards.
  • Analyze and optimize data service workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Experience building models and reports in SQL Reporting Services or Power BI.

Core:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with API design and integration tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data services (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team projects.
  • Analytical thinking to identify patterns and improve workflows.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data services, integration, or related roles.
  • Experience designing and managing ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience developing models and reports in T-Sql.
  • Experience with data visualization with Power BI.
  • Experience with SSIS and/or SSRS ETL tools.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst preferred.

FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt

National Salary Range: $61,360 - $120,050

Bonus Eligible: Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
