The Title IX Coordinator and Director, Civil Rights Compliance is responsible for strategic leadership of institutional efforts toward civil rights compliance, access, awareness, education, and response in alignment with federal and state discrimination and harassment laws as well as related University law and policies. Oversight includes laws and policies regarding sexual misconduct and protected class discrimination and harassment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related experience with experience in a management role, or Master's degree and six (6) years of professional related experience with experience in a management role. Departmental Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources OR EEO practices. Desired Qualifications
