Senior Technical Compliance Manager Summary We're seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to lead and implement a robust privacy and compliance program across Product Design and Marketing. In this role, you'll ensure global privacy standards are met while enabling innovation across digital experiences that reach millions of users. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help reduce privacy risk, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain trust in the organization's marketing and product initiatives. Job Description In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a scalable privacy compliance program across design and marketing functions. You'll partner with engineering, legal, and product teams to implement privacy-by-design, conduct data mapping and risk assessments, and translate regulatory obligations into sustainable technical and operational practices. This includes supporting internal audits, guiding incident preparedness, monitoring global privacy developments, and implementing tools and controls that align with evolving requirements. You will also contribute to broader cross-functional efforts around governance, tooling, and operational process improvement-supporting the team's ongoing success and readiness. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $97.00 - $101.67 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
