Growth Marketing Coordinator
CLM Team
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary We're seeking a driven and strategic Growth Marketing Coordinator to support customer engagement and retention initiatives within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) team. This role is focused on executing email and in-app messaging campaigns that drive user activity and loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment and pop culture, with a strong mix of creativity, project management, and marketing execution skills.
Our Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing, with a focus on email and in-app messaging campaigns
Passion for entertainment and media, with a strong foundation in engagement and retention strategies
Proficient in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Keynote, Excel, Word, etc.), with strong organizational skills
Familiar with multi-channel marketing tactics and campaign performance reporting
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who anticipates team needs and takes initiative
Job Description
- In this role, you will execute lifecycle marketing campaigns designed to enhance engagement and retention across email and on-device channels.
- You'll partner with marketing, creative, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver compelling campaigns. This includes managing timelines, submitting creative asset requests, tracking deliverables, and maintaining detailed status reports.
- You will also build and maintain internal trackers and campaign presentations for reporting and optimization, supporting the CLM team's overall marketing performance and efficiency.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Background in lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, or consumer engagement

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40.00 - $44.65 per hour
