Chase Point is currently seeking an Activities Coordinator to join their team! Our highly-trained, compassionate staff work with residents and their loved ones to create a care plan that reflectstheirpersonality, respectstheirpreferences and preservestheirindependence.

Summary: This position consists of 24 hours per week, day shifts.
The Activities Coordinator - LH role is responsible for developing and implementing programs and activities that provide life-enriching opportunities for the residents. Assists with coordinating volunteer services and preparing annual activity budgets, purchasing and organizing supplies and equipment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state Activity Certificate or reciprocity/comparable training preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant Certification preferred. BLS certification required within three months of start date. Valid Driver's License required.
  3. Experience: Experience and interest in working with older adults, especially with dementia preferred.
