Inventory Control Clerk \| Royal Truck Body \| Carson, CA Regular Employee \| Hourly Non-Exempt \| $25.00 - 27.00 Overview As the Inventory Control Clerk for Royal Truck Body (A Shyft Brand) based in Carson, CA, you will be instrumental in ensuring all chassis information is processed and tracked correctly until trucks are successfully delivered to our customers. You will also be accountable for providing administrative support to the sales department and assisting with other miscellaneous duties and projects within the plant. Core Responsibilities Enter chassis information into SAGE and Excel for sales orders; assign each unit a stock number Partner with Ford, GM, Chevrolet, and Dodge dealers to arrange chassis pickups Answer all salespersons questions and concerns and confirm delivery statuses for all vehicles Ensure that all pool chassis have been delivered as ordered Download monthly OEM statement and forward it to finance Develop strong customer relationship with vendors and ensure effective communication Engage with customers and auditors face-to-face through appointments or walk-ins Learn more about Aebi Schmidt Group, The Shyft Group, and Royal Truck Body by exploring the *Learn More* section below.
