Job Description

We are currently hiring a FT Associate Commercialization Manager, hybrid* in Boston, MA or Milton, DE.

The Associate Commercialization Manager is responsible for supporting the facilitation of end-to-end execution for products packaging and/or marketing assets. In this role, the Associate Commercialization Manager will work closely with Commercialization Managers as well as internal and/or external Brand Teams, Creative, Legal, Finance, Planning, Brewery Operations and Divisional and Trade Marketing to construct from concept to customer delivery.

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

What You'll Brew:



  • Champions ideas and opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency & effectiveness
  • Facilitate meetings and ensures follow-up actions are completed by stakeholders
  • Support the planning, organizing, and executing projects according to defined timelines and objectives
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (if applicable) to keep project goals on track
  • Communicate project updates, timelines and status reports to key stakeholders
  • Raises late deadlines and/or potential project risks
  • Utilizes contemporary project management techniques to execute projects effectively, while striving to improve efficiency of project workflow
  • Establishes cross-functional relationships with the key stakeholders to effectively facilitate each project
  • Curate timelines based on the Workfront timeline template in partnership with cross functional teams for each project
  • Ensures timelines are adhered to by communicating effectively to ensure issues are addressed and coworkers and projects remain on time
  • Utilizes all BBC systems to include Workfront, Proof HQ, Master Data Management, SharePoint and any new systems that are introduced
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared project goals
  • Demonstrated capability to informally lead and influence teams without direct authority
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid foundation in project management principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A curious, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous Project Management experience within CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)


Level: 7

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $50,500 and $106,600. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
