Position Summary:



This full-time faculty position includes teaching five sections of Business and Entrepreneurship throughout the academic year. The teacher will deliver engaging, skills-based instruction focused on business fundamentals, innovation, and entrepreneurship, fostering real-world application and critical thinking. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the faculty member will oversee the school's test make-up and detention room, managing logistics and ensuring a respectful, accountable environment for students.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Teach five sections of Business and Entrepreneurship, using engaging, real-world instruction aligned with curriculum goals
  • Assess student progress and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Supervise and manage the test make-up and detention room, maintaining order and accurate records
  • Support a positive school culture through collaboration with faculty and administration



Experience & Educational Background:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field required; Master's preferred
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably in business or economics at the high school level



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage students with diverse learning styles
  • Commitment to student growth and academic integrity

Salary Range:



$60,000 - $66,000
