Description
SUMMARY The Medical Records Summary Writer is responsible for reviewing and extracting pertinent medical information from prior medical records and creating a well written summary according to clients' expectations. Ensures that all pertinent case medical records are incorporated and in appropriate format. Pertinent information to be pulled from the medical records and summarized will include items such as demographic information, mechanism of injury, complaints, past history, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, work status, and others as defined. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Minimum one-year of related industry experience needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
