We are building a best-in-class executive recruiting function to identify and attract the next generation of transformational leaders. As an Executive Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in driving proactive research, market intelligence, and candidate engagement for senior leadership roles-from Director through the C-suite.

You'll partner closely with Executive Talent Acquisition Partners (ETAPs), business leaders, and your manager to deliver strategic insights, build targeted pipelines, and help DaVita stay ahead of future leadership needs. This is an exciting opportunity to help evolve our executive recruiting model from reactive to proactive-fueling a more strategic, insight-driven approach to talent.

Key Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive talent acquisition partners to understand executive hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles through strategic intake and calibration conversations.

  • Conduct deep talent mapping to identify target companies, executive talent pools, and competitor org structures.

  • Leverage sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, SeekOut) and Boolean search to identify and organize high-potential talent.

  • Generate insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and diversity trends to inform sourcing strategy.

  • Use predictive analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and prioritize outreach efforts.

Pipeline Development & Search Strategy

  • Partner with Executive TA Partners to co-develop tailored search strategies and continuously refine approach based on market response.

  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines of executive candidates aligned to current and future business needs.

  • Prioritize and nurture prospects based on engagement, readiness, and alignment with DaVita's leadership needs.

  • Support succession and workforce planning efforts by proactively surfacing executive talent ahead of demand.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

  • Own initial outreach and engagement for targeted pipelines and confidential searches.

  • Craft compelling outreach messages and build strong candidate engagement strategies.

  • Represent DaVita with professionalism, clarity, and cultural authenticity in all candidate interactions.

  • Assess candidate interest, qualifications, and values alignment through thoughtful screening conversations.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-caliber talent for future leadership opportunities.

Technology & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to track candidate engagement, search progress, and pipeline health.

  • Build and maintain curated executive talent pools and pipelines aligned to business needs within the ATS.

  • Continuously test and implement new automation tools and sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze sourcing funnel metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve strategy.

  • Share regular updates and recommendations with Executive TA Partners and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Executive TA Partners, HR, and business leaders throughout the search lifecycle-including intake, calibration, and slate discussions.

  • Contribute market insights, role calibration feedback, and talent data that improves the speed and quality of executive searches.

  • Actively engage in team huddles, strategy sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, research, or retained executive search (in-house or agency).

  • Strong ability to identify and assess senior-level talent across functions and industries.

  • Skilled in market research, organizational mapping, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, TalentNeuron).

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Avature, Beamery, or equivalent is preferred.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00-$121,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
