Ceremony of Roses is looking for a strategic and growth-focused SVP Global Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy as we continue to expand our global footprint. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's global operations, ensuring financial health, profitability, and strategic growth. This executive will provide financial leadership, develop robust financial strategies, manage and optimize revenue streams across multiple business lines, including licensing, direct-to-consumer sales, e-commerce and retail partnerships.
What you'll do:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and drive global growth.
- Partner with the CEO, CBO & COO to align financial planning with business strategy and expansion goals
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial growth opportunities and cost optimizations.
Financial Operations and Compliance
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and performance tracking to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws and corporate governance standards.
- Design and implement best-in-class financial controls, systems, and reporting processes to support business scalability.
- Partner with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and financial reporting.
Revenue & Profitability Optimization
- Evaluate and optimize product margins, licensing agreements and supply chain costs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to enhance revenue forecasting and performance
- Lead capital management initiatives, including fundraising, investments, and M&A activities.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making
Function & People Leadership
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Build, develop, mentor and coach a high-performing finance team to support business expansion, creativity and innovation.
Who you are:
- You have extensive executive experience of financial leadership, with time in a senior finance role within the merchandising, retail, e-commerce or consumer goods industries.
- You have a proven track record in managing financial operations across multiple countries and currencies
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to balance financial discipline and business growth.
- You are seen as an expert in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial risk management.
- You have experience in optimizing financial performance and driving business growth.
- You are known for your excellent leadership and team management capabilities, creating an inclusive environment that fuels excellence and elevates each other.
- You have strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as experience working with global stakeholders.
- You act responsibly, are solution focused, agile, with a bias to action as much as you are focused on accuracy and details.
- You have significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
- You hold a deep understanding of global financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
