Job Description

Do you thrive in high-tech, fast-paced environments where every detail matters? Are you cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to scrub in for the future of surgery?

We're looking for a Specialized Surgical Technologist with a passion for precision and a love for cutting-edge procedures - especially robotic surgeries. In this role, you won't just assist in the OR - you'll be a key player on the frontlines of innovation, working side-by-side with top surgeons and helping deliver the safest, smoothest outcomes possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepping the room like a pro - from surgical instruments to high-tech robotic equipment.

  • Keeping things sterile, safe, and smooth from start to finish.

  • Thinking three steps ahead of the surgeon during complex, high-stakes procedures.

  • Adapting on the fly to changing conditions (because let's face it - no two surgeries are the same).

  • Scrubbing in on a wide range of procedures and mastering the art of robotic surgery.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or GED - check!

  • Either a specialty certification (if required) OR serious hands-on experience in areas like robotics or joint replacements.

  • A current BLS certification - and yep, you'll need to keep it current.

  • Physical stamina - you'll be standing most of the day, sometimes in a 10-lb. lead apron, and lifting sterile trays and gear like a champ.

  • Great communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude.

  • Someone who thrives in dynamic environments - where things shift, change, and challenge you daily.

  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently (we trust you to take the lead when needed).

Why You'll Love It Here:
Cutting-edge surgical tech - especially in robotics
Collaborative, fast-moving team
Opportunities to learn, grow, and specialize
You'll make a real difference every day
